» Things To NOT Run On Your PC
While we do not really care what you have on your PC and what your running we do have to ask that programs like "Carbonite" be turned OFF while you are at AWOL. Online backup programs eat quite a bit of bandwidth in the background and with the file sharing that is inevitable at a LAN it will start backing up pulling our network down.
We do monitor for this type of traffic but please save us the time and just turn it off.
If you are found to be running something that is hogging bandwidth you will be asked to shut it down.

» Where Should We Park When We Get To The Event?
You may park in the Action City parking lot. All they ask is that you do not park in the closest spots to the door.
We are making the decision that ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL PARK IN THE SPOTS FURTHEST FROM THE DOORS SO WE DO NOT INCONVENIENCE THE PAYING PATRONS OF ACTION CITY.
If we see your car in a place other than this you will be asked to move your car.

» Can I pick my seat before the event?
YES!
You first need to pay at one of our payment centers.
Once you have paid your seat choice will be in our registration system. While our system does not immediately seat you right yet we do make an effort to update the seating chart as quickly as possible.
In the case that a seat is requested by two different players the player who requested it first will get the seat and the other will be seated either to the left or right of that seat. In the event that this happens you can contact the staff and we will move your seat to your new chosen location
We will NOT move other players for you to set closer to your friends. If you want to sit with your friends, make sure you all pay the same time.
