We are expanding and that meant that we needed a new seating chart. I have put the new seating chart into the site and you can check it out here

I hope this one helps to better illustrate the room layout and such.

Registration will be up and running soon. We are just ironing out some last minute details with Action City for the Survival Kits and we will be going live.

Great, now I won't be able to snatch up seat 42 for the next LAN .

I'll be sure to register early though to grab an 8' table.

LoL.... indeed, but it is out hope that the new seat numbering will 1) help Action City with food delivery and 2) help me when I have to rebuild the chart when we expand in the future or have to rearrange the seating for what ever reason. But hey! its a larger number so it has to be better, right?

Being we are so close to another sell out and i hope it happens. I can picture another revised floor plan where they change all of the 8' gray tables over to 6' red tables, that should gain another 20 - 24 seats....

I can't even fathom 175 gamers in one room How does the power plan stand up to 175 people?

I've always been a gray table person, but 3 feet is still alot of room.

***Edit*** I missed a set of tables i think....

While we have been known to improvise in the past when necessary and we do have power for it we will not be adding any tables or changing the layout this time. We have only ever added tables when needed when we had room but with the current layout there is not extra room to setup tables. So, if we sell out then woot! but, we will not be adding or changing tables. So, if someone does not get on the ball and register and we do happen to sell out then they would basically be SOL.
